Notes

In loving memory of our dear son and brother Pte William JJ Comley who died of wounds in Palestine November 15th 1917

With aching hearts we shook his hand
Tears glistened in our eyes
We wished him back, but never thought
It was his last good bye

Still sadly missed by his loving Father, Mother Brothers and Sisters.

Wilts Times 15 November 1919

In ever loving memory of our dear son and brother, Pte W Comley who died of wounds in Palestine November 15th 1915.
Three years have passed since that sad day
When our dear one was called away
His willing way and smiling face
Have found in Heaven a resting place.

Never forgotten by Dad, Mam, sisters and brothers.
2 Cowleaze Terrace, Sheldon Road.
